Much too cold

While the room was clean & convenient, I didn't realize until I was back in the room for bedtime that the heating control in the room was broken. The temperature never went above 60 degrees. The night desk attendant came to the room to try & fix, but was unable to. I was offered a change in room, as well as a space heater, both of which I declined. (It was too late for me to think about packing & unpacking in another room ... and several of the electric outlets seemed loose and possibly unsafe.) I expected nor was offered any compensation, particularly as I had declined either remedy, and was, in the end, offered a free "snack for the road" upon checkout, which I additionally declined. The reason I include this trouble in my review is, I believe that this thermostat problem was already known by the hotel, and never should have put me (or anyone) in that room.
