not as nice and clean as on the pictures!
We were really very disappointed. The bathroom was small and very old. Water came out from the sink. The soap didn't smell good. Breakfast was acceptable for only one stay but they didn't fill up empty plates and dishes. It's a pity they don't clean the surrounding garden. The pool was dirty.

Quaint Hotel
A/C in the room. Lots of beautiful antique furniture and decor. Our room was on the third story; no elevator. The place was very beautiful and clean. Th Ala Moana Inn is 100 years old and a historical landmark.

"the BALDWIN room"
Building was dated and noisy...NOT like in the picture.I ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower,my wife didn't get to to take hers...The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The workers were very pleasant and the breakfast was very nice.Glad it was for only one night.

Historical B&B
Lovely B&B - this is a small B&B located in the UH neighborhood. Not in the tourist part of Honolulu.

room is a build-out of the attic. the slope of the roof makes it impossible to stand up to shower. also, 2 hurricanes hit the area so i left 1 day earlier to avoid being delayed. the hotel would not reduce my bill for the 1 day. i consider taking money for no service as unethical, bad business practice, and theft. companies with policies like this connive with lawyers to create text to abuse people. it not free enterprise, fair, or common sense. it is ruthlessness to extract money without conscience. eventually, public opinion will catch up with such companies and they will loose trust and customers.
