Lovely hotel, would stay again.
The B&B Edinburgh was a lovely place to stay. The room (no 19) was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We where on the very top floor meaning we had a lovely view over the city. The only disappointed we had was the lift was broken so we had quite a steep climb up quite a lot of stairs. I would say if you have limited mobilty i would recommend requesting a room on the 1st floor. The facilities where lovely the room was nice and clean. Quite a few options for breakfast available to suit all needs. The staff we spoke to where very pleasant and polite. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Edinburgh but if lift is broken i would request a room not so high up. Overall a lovely experience, so thank you . I would also add, its only a 20 minute walk from waverly station and is brilliant for the town centre and the castle.

Fab Stay in Edinburgh
We had a lovely stay in Edinburgh. The hotel was superb very welcoming, staff were lovely and always willing to help. Room was great and the bed was really comfy compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Fantastic !

Hotel was excellent value for money. Short walk to the castle, pubs and restaurants. Parking is expensive though, but it's the same anywhere around the centre, £5 per hour or £30 per day at the NCP carpark.

Overnight stay
The hotel is situated in the New Town of Edinburgh. Beautiful area. Staff appear to be trying hard. My breakfast was cold and rather unappealing. pretty low grade ingredients in some cases. I'm glad that it wasn't described as a Scottish breakfast as it did not even come close. To many guests for to few staff. Room was clean but noisy early on in the morning. Would not be keen on going back.

My stop off
Very friendly staff very welcoming, my dog had a bed biscuit and cooked breakfast, the only issue was my dislike of the lift to the top floor so I had to climb the stairs and this put me off from visiting the bar in the evening. Would check in again but not the top floor.
