Not bad but could be so much better
Check in was slow and they made everyone queue up till opening time. crazy given that they had 3 people sat at the desks. No early check in allowed for VIP members. The room was ok but it was so annoying having a huge pillar in the room making it difficult to move around. The beds were so hard and thankfully the put an extra quilt under the mattress cover. For some reason they only give you paper cups in the room. Again, spoke to reception and they gave us a cup and two glasses to use for the stay. The room was cleaned each day and the bathroom was fine. The laundry facilities are in another hotel next to this one which is a bit annoying. Breakfast was ok. The best thing about this hotel is the location. However, there are lots of other hotels so I think I would pick another one next time.

Ok for one night.
The room was small, quite cold when i arrived so i could not immediately make hot as the air controler was in a weird position. The bathroom small and the water was hot but not very hot. Location central but was terrible with taxi requests (didn't come in the area) For one night was fine. If i had to stay more nights i would choose something else.

Hotel staffs were friendly, allow us to store our luggages before check in & after check out. Near to train station, and shopping district was a stone throw away. Good location. Pillow quality can be improved, too soft to our liking. Overall, a great hotel to stahy.

Great location that is close to a train station and at the end of the main shopping area so it is not loud or too crowded. The doorman that works the day shift is so nice and always had a smile on his face whenever he greeted us. Rooms are a little dated, but still comfortable enough. The showerhead did have a bit of an awkward hanging position (especially if you are short), though.
