Was supposed to 20% off for being a gold member they told me no and i had to get out of line and go to the front to let them know decided not to eat breakfast will never stay here again was an embarrassing moment. They should already have information they know ur name so last time.

Nice place, good location near the US Consulate
Was a nice clean hotel they also took temperature checks prior to entering the restaurant. You will have to work with the TV reception but Netflix was working

Excelente servicio, el personal muy amable, la comida en el restaurant excelente, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, no hubo ningun problema, lo unico es que no lei que al entrar al hotel iba a recibir un spray desinfectante, fue sorpresa, pero me pareció perfecto que la gente tenga que limpiar sus zapatos en desinfectantes al entrar al hotel y que se hayan instalado lavamanos y antibacterial para protegernos a todos no solo de este coronavirus, también para todo tipo de enfermedades contagiosas, por un momento me senti incomoda, pero debemos entender que ellos no saben de donde puede uno venir y son medidas necesarias para el bien de todos. El area para el desayuno que esta incluido en la reservación, es con espacio suficiente y agradable, el único inconveniente es que no tenemos la comida a la vista o un pizarrón donde indique que es lo que sirven de desayuno, entiendo que no es el restaurant y no tendremos un menu, otro inconveniente para mi fue el cafe, debería de haber un cafe sin azucar y poner la crema y azúcar al lado para que la gente lo prepare y no estar en la jarra preparada a un solo gusto.( en lo personal yo tomo el café sin azucar) aunque ese no fue problema, pregunte a la persona en cargo y me trajo un café del restaurant como yo lo queria, estas son criticas positivas para mejorar el ya excelente servicio que proporcionan, y claro que volvere y lo recomiendo totalmente.
