Fabulous 8.8 From 406 reviews

Good 6.0
The rooms were very stuffy and when I turned on the air conditioning it did not work. They tried to fix it the following day but it made it worse. The staff were lovely and very helpful but I had very poor sleep for 2 of the 3 nights. The hotel is in an apartment building I did not notice this when I booked it and is not the type of hotel I would choose to stay in. The glass walkways were very slippery as the weather was very wet while we were there. This hotel may suit people who like the Air BnB concept but it was not for me.

Great
We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The tram stations were so close to the hotel that commuting was super easy. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Good 6.0
Good service but very very small single room
I stayed 5 nights at this hotel on a businesss trip. The room was comfortable enough but VERY small. Like think single dorm room, you can't open your suitcase and walk to open the curtains without tripping on your suitcase. If it had been hostel priced, that would have been fine, but at $800+ for 5 nights, I did not consider it value for money. Also the room was often very hot. the maids seemed to think I didn't know what I was talking about to turn off the heat so they cranked it up, with the result that I woke up in the night in a sauna. yes the window opens but so much traffic noise that it woke me up the first day at 6 am.

Hotel with a cool vibe, clean and comfortable
Great staff and accommodations. Location is good - lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to city centre.
