Good Hotel
I stayed at the hotel with my family (Family of 4) in March 2014 for 2 nights. We stayed in a family room with connecting doors (Its more like a mini-mini flat). It’s roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, there are no wardrobes for cloth storage (not enough space to accommodate even a small wardrobe). The location is good with access to local shops and there is a free car park about 500 meters from the hotel. This car park has space for about 9 cars and its usually full. Alternatively, there is a paid car-park about 200 meters from the hotel which charges about 2 euros/hour. It is free from 7pm to 10am. Breakfast starts at 8.30am which we found too late considering we had a meeting at 9.00am. Fortunately, Sabina, a very polite member of staff used her initiative and served us breakfast early. Thank you Sabina !

Staircase Delight
The location of the hotel is superb in the center of town. Staff was friendly and hotel clean. No lift, only "dutch" staircase, meaning very steep, where we had a hard time to get our luggage to the second floor. The price was much too high for what it offered.

Excellent location
There were some issues with the booking of our room that suggest some carelessness on the part of the proprietor. When we arrived, not everything was settled, despite emails we had sent clarifying a situation around the number of us travelling together. The hotelier did not compensate us for our trouble, although the desk staff rearranged things so we could be accommodated. However, the actual hotel was very nice, with an excellent location near shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was substantial.

Prijs kwaliteit niet oké.
Leuk aanzicht vd buitenkant. Bij binnnenkomst veel vuil etc op de trap. Kamer erg klein, niks extra’s zoals thee en koffie op de kamer. Bad kamer was niet fris vd vorige logees stond er nog de zeep. Prijs niet oké!!!!!

Leuk hotel bij het centrum.
Leuk hotelletje bij het centrum van Bergen, met eigen terras, huurfietsen en fietsenstalling. Alle voorzieningen zijn op een steenworp. Vriendelijk personeel,en het hotel heeft een lift. Eigenlijk zijn het 3 hotelletjes in 1 met een gemeenschappelijke receptie. De kamers zijn niet groot en de badkamer is klein. De matrassen zijn niet geweldig. Maar voor een weekend of een paar nachtjes een prima hotel. Pakeren op de openbare weg tegen een gereduceerd tarief met de parkeerkaart van het hotel.
