I’m really disappointed I booked for my wife & daughter to stay & they explain to me that heater & air conditioning are not working, middle of night they have call reception asking for the heater. Plug systems are very old system . Dinner wise good but few menu dishes are not available aswell. Hopefully they are going to improve these things. This time not happy sorry to explain this way.🙏
