So close to a 4 star experiance
My stay here was very good. The ammentites of the breakfast included , the gym , and the laundry room next to the gym were all very beneficial The only problem i have here is that 50 percent of the staff knows what they are doing and 50 percent either doesnt know or doesnt care. For a 3 star you obviously cant hope for a 5 star experiance , but evey time i come here i could have a 4 star experiance if it wasnt for time that the staff handles very unefficently. I feel like over a week stay every trip , i was between 90 minutes and 2 hours here at the hotel. Waiting in line to check in , waiting for my food to take back to the room ,waiting for the maintenance man to come set the aircondition down to 18or 19C , instead of the 25C it is set @ when i arrive the service is often slow and has a tough time solving any challenges but outside of this the place really has the potential to be a 4 star facility. The beds are very good, the property was even cleaner this time than last time , and the staff that are competant trying to carry some weight for the ones who are not. All in all if you realize you will have a few more delays than you can imagine. You will trully enjoy your stay

Airport shuttles to Terminals 1-3 only
I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and was offering a free shuttle to Terminals. However, the shuttle does not service Terminal 4 (which my Cebu flight was at T4). The reception desk should have clarified and alerted us about this when we inquired about the airport shuttle upon our checking in at the reception desk! Had to take a taxi instead!!!

Check-in was easy. The free airport shuttle is very convenient even during the early morning flights. There were shops, entertainment, restaurants, hotels and transportation right outside so everything is accessible. We had a great stay and was worth the price.

Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel needs better signage in the garage directing guests to 1) Elevators and 2) Exit. Also staff forgot to tell us to take our parking voucher to the garage cashier upon leaving. Free Breakfast buffet style. I was very surprised that they didn't have an egg station or at lease scrambled eggs and bacon available. They did have boiled eggs. Mostly Filipino food. I enjoyed my toast and coffee breakfast though.

Action needed to maintain hotels high standing.
Now this is an ok hotel but they really need to get on top of their pest control. The reviews I read before about staying here were generally great but a few mentioned a cockroach problem. Sad to say we also experienced this problem. Whichever member of your staff is responsible for pest control needs to be given whatever resources he/she needs to remedy this. I apologise for having to put this review up but action truly needs to be taken.
