Mantra Midtown

Unbelievably poor internet, well no connection at all for over 48 hours. The property is tired looking, and the cleaning and maintenance is well below acceptable. I stayed for over three weeks at the Midtown Mantra and booked an executive bedroom and office.the condition and poor cleanliness of my initial room was totally unacceptable. I was then upgraded to a much more pleasant apartment. Something has changed for the worse in this hotel as I have stayed here before and been very happy, not this time. Not clean, not managed, not a good place to stay.

Couldn't check in untill 4pm because no rooms were available. Room was dirty and the aircon stopped every 30inutes. Tried to raise the issues with staff but they were dismissive and struggled to understand. Still charged us parking fee even with all the issues.

Was a great hotel but having to pay for parking and WiFi is a bit annoying

I enjoyed staying in my little apartment. Having a balcony was great, though my view wasn't wonderful but I didn't expect a great view. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the bed was really comfy. My only issue was that I had to rewash some of the dishes before I used them The location is great, close to everything.
