Opera Plaza has a fantastic location. Walking distance to the new town and near an abundance of amazing restaurants. The pool is amazing as is the food served at the pool side bar. Staff are friendly and attentive. One area of improvement would be the lighting on the corridors it is very dark and annoying that you have to push buttons to light the area up.

Nice hotel with a few flaws
The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious , food at the poolside restaurant and breakfast was very good. The atmosphere at dinner, looking over the pool with fires lit and pretty lights was amazing. It was too cold for swimming when we were there, but the pool looked very nice. Cons: AC and WiFi didn’t work In our room and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. It is super-convenient if you’re arriving via train or supratours bus.

Older established hotel in great location.
The Opera Plaza Hotel, will provide any guest visiting Marrakech, all they could require. Comfortable rooms, great food and types to choose from, great friendly service and a guest service desk staff that is happy to resolve any problems plus arrange any type tour to meet your needs. To top it off there are lovely grounds, swimming pools and very nice lounges. oi

the wifi doesn't work period, tv reception in hotel rooms is poor and the place could do with some serious lighting - everywhere is just dark - if that is an attempt at creating an ambience - they have seriously failed. the staff were friendly enough and it is litterally accross the road from the main railway station on a positive note

Clean, good size, good gym and restaurant choice. You can’t control the heating in the rooms and I was mostly cold. No fresh coffee at breakfast and hot drinks are sold in tiny cups or largely unavailable. No kettle in rooms
