The room was not clean considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. Had to wait at the front desk for over 15 minutes before someone finally assisted me. Frustrating stay.
Not clean. Not what you expect from a Hampton Inn. Positive: Very helpful and friendly staff.
The stay was nice and comfy the room was great lots of room well stocked with things if you needed them check out was great the breakfast was good. I would say the only issue was check in the lady wasn’t nice or helpful
This hotel has many maintenance issues. In addition, it is next to a bar/restaurant. When the bar customers leave at night, their cars are very loud and they rev up the engines and race out of the parking lot.
Rooms big and clean. Good to go breakfast. Nice pool but water was cold
Rooms looked updated and clean with sanitized stickers on the doors.
It was an amazing & awesome experience
I had an overall wonderful experience at the hotel but I will say that hotels.com booked my days separately so I had to get up in the morning check-in and check-out. Not sure why they did it this way. The lady at the concierge desk was very nice and she made it so that I did not have to switch rooms because it was set up that way originally by hotels.com. I have no complaints other than that the hotel was nice the neighborhood was I don't know but I was there for a wedding and it was in close proximity.
Great customer service! The room was also very clean!
The room did not appear to be properly sanitized, the furniture was torn and worn, the fitted/bottom sheet on the King bed was not fitted to the point where it was constantly coming loose throughout the course of the night, which was very uncomfortable and I did not rest well at all and woke up sleep deprived. Patrons were not wearing masks (per the signs throughout the hotel) and doing so in front of the hotel desk staff and there was no reinforcement to wear mask. I am and was disappointed in this experience. I definitely wasted money and will never stay there again. I have never had this kind of experience in a Hilton Honors hotel before, and feel like they should disassociate their name form this hotel. Drug addicts and homeless people walking around the parking lot and soliciting patrons for money.
