The VIP access salved my trip, but I think, we should have a free access to the restaurants at Hard Rock Cafe Cancún, coffee shop, and a free massage package deal. Third floor restaurant it was amazing service, thank you to Majo and Cheyenne for the great service and staff also.

1. asked for early checkin 1 ot 2pm. Didn't happen 2. Parking for the hotel was quite a distance from entrance 3. Zeta hit Monday night. All day the pool was open but no alcohol was allowed all day, why? also limited menu 4. No dinner service in the restaurants so ham sandwiches were provided. A cut of roast and sides was provided to rooms after about 9pm. Why so late? 5. Upon checkout 10/27, it was raining pretty hard. Front valet said they had no vehicles to take you to the parking lot. They had them at other times. They also said they had NO umbrellas available. They offered a towel. We got soaked. 6. I had a $100 Hard Rock gift card. I tried to use it to be applied to the bill. They would not do it, said it was only good for The Rock Shop and meals (how can you pay for meals when it's all inclusive?). I had a $64 charge from The Rock Shop but he refused to apply that too. I told him I would write a complaint but he didn't care. 7. You will be foolish to stay here, as they don't really seem to care about their customers. 8. Half the elevators didn't even work.
