Was a v comfortable overnight stay. Customer Service was friendly and agile
We liked our stay, however we were welcomed by a long queue in the reception. I read about it in reviews of previous guests and I was surprised that nothing has been done about it since. Not to be picky, but the choice of music in reception area was very bad. Very crowded breakfast
This is our second time staying in this lovely hotel. The pool on the 16th floor though small but the scenery is fantastic. Sauna was big enough with excellent view if the city. Breakfast has a variety of choices to choose from. Rooms are small but very clean and tidy. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom Toiletries nothing to complaint they use the RITuALS brand ( Rituals of Buddha) nice scent. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.
Check in; extremely long queue, self-check-in could not be used. We decided not to queue but grab a snack from the bar/cafe but they were out of food. During check in we were requested if we want a sea-view or a room higher up in the hotel. We booked and paid a superior class room with sea view. The person said we have a standard room. Only after showing our booking confirmation stating this she arranged the right type of room. We had a dinner reservation to the Kitchen & Table restaurant. As we arrived, we waited more than 5 minutes before anyone took notice and then a while more before getting our table. We (2 persons) ordered the 'shared menu' (starter, main, dessert). The starters & wine came out within a reasonable time. For the main it took quite a while to be served but for the dessert we had to request it twice. It took 3 hours to serve menu items in total. When we requested the desserts the first time the waiter said she will post it again to the kitchen? Ok... Then we were told it will take some minutes to get it. 15 minutes later we asked what's going on and then it took another while to get the dessert. The dessert was supposed to be pavlova with rhubarb, but looked more like meringue-crumbles with a few pieces of rhubarb. As we checked out, we were asked if everything was ok. We mentioned the restaurant experience and the person said she will request the restaurant manager to contact us. Now, 3 days later, there has not been any attempt to contact us.
Our stay was good. The receptionists were always helpful. That slogan of "you live not stay' in Clarion fascinated me.
Nice hotel with a top location at the harbour. But the check-in time has to be faster.
Very good hotel with a port view. Parking is 400 meter away from hotel.
Excellent stay. Really nice bar on the 16th floor with stunning views. It’s a big hotel so a lot of guests so the breakfast is busy but the selection and service was excellent.
Very nice hotel, clean, great sky bar.
Excellent breakfast!
