Safe, friendly, social-distanced and clean
We stayed for the weekend and had a great experience. The lady working the breakfast area was so friendly both days we were there. She was very patient. The front desk associates were also very welcoming every time we passed. Rooms were clean and neat. The parking lot was clean. The lobby was very clean. I could see the amount of time spent making sure all proper precautions were taken during COVID. I was impressed. I felt safe at the establishment with my family. Everyone wore masks and was practicing social distancing correctly.

Very clean Hotel, room and comfortable beds. Great friendly staff. Plenty of towels. TV worked right and so did all the plumbing and A/C.

Deposit charged without warning
Booked through hotels.com. With guaranteed price around $98.00. Credit card was charged $128. When questioned. They stated it was a deposit and would be credited back to my card. That was 10 days ago. I find it amazing that my credit card was charged within minutes and I still don’t see my credit back from them. I Wouldn’t have been aware of this charge except my credit card notifies me anytime my credit card is used outside my home area

It was nice. Rooms were nice and clean. My onlyyyy complete was it was pouring down raining didn't want to leave later that night so went to snack at a vending machine and there wasn't any lol.

Amid the changes due to Covid, Holiday Inn made sure we were comfortable, facilities were clean & open AND they found away to provide breakfast w/o contact! I need breakfast So was very pleased.

This hotel was not sanitized at all. Only to protect themselves. The rooms had no sign it was sanitized. During this time in life we need to feel comfortable and staying here I didnt. First room was DIRTY. used towels, bed was not cleaned.
