the staff is very accommodating. Joaquin at the pool is the BEST pool attendant
Love this property! Will go back! They are wonderful!
Property was clean, was quite confusing to find it since there is a lot of construction going on right in front of it. Staff was nice, room was clean. Pool was great. Only downfall is I paid for breakfast through Expedia and they claim they didn’t see it on there end. I’m not sure if it was an issue on there end or with Expedia. Very upset I paid extra and I didn’t even get what I paid for.
Check-in was not very professional or efficient. I reserved a family suite, via Travelocity and at registration, I was given two incorrect room...I had to talk with the manager in order for them to honor my reservation. I was disappointed that I lost an hour going back and forth.
Staff was very nice, the property was so clean and cared for Food was amazing , definitely I’ll be going back there
The service was fantastic and the location and cleanliness was great. The restaurants are overpriced as are the drinks, but since we didn't have all inclusive it didn't matter much to us. We were told by many that all inclusive was not worth getting.
People that works there are very friendly and nice. My room was very noice from the street. The construction from the next door hotel starts at 6am and finished at 7pm every day.
Everything was great as expected. Couldn't have been better
pretty much everything, will stay again in the near future
I loved the friendly atmosphere of a medium-sized resort. I did have to question them about a required gratuity fee added to drink and food service bills. It was called a suggested gratuity, but was actually required/included. When I go back to Villa del Palmar I will check that they have changed the wording on the bills.
