We were on the main floor and sadly our room was right under the building exhaust fan which ran off an on through out the night. It sounded like a semi truck engine right outside our window. 😒

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked where to go for the evening and arranged our transport.

The property is well located and is well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. However, we paid extra for a deluxe room with a mountain view. The room was larger, maybe, but the view was of the rear parking lot, the back of a restaurant and RV parking. The coffee machine in the room was broken and the bathroom supplies were enough for one person not two. We will probably be back due to convenience but won’t spend the extra money for “deluxe”.

Worst check in, in a decade....the person at the front desk hated his job and wanted to just be in the back on his device....our check in was late and he could care less about telling us anything about the hotel (breakfast, wifi, elevators, stairs, etc), nothing about Creston, etc....I could go on and on about how terrible he was. Trash laying in the hallway for almost 24 hrs....disappointed!

The overall stay was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast that was advertised was less than expected from a hotel of that standard, as a matter of fact it was seriously disappointing, we will probably stay again in the future

The room was great. Clean and spacious. Had a king suite. The AC unit couldnt keep up for the amount of space to cool so was still very warm thru the night. Of course covid messed everything up regarding breakfast so there was no waffles or hot eggs and bacon :( pirice was a little high.

Clean, nice staff, decent location. Having worked in the hotel industry as an analyst, I found it pricey for what you get and the area; and considering breakfast (although indicated is included) is just toast due to COVID, could definitely have been reduced. No incentives to come back so may look at better options next visit.

Room was clean, modified breakfast was ok, but the juice some of the items were rarely checked/topped up. Front counter staff varied in service levels. I'd stay again, just need to ask the staff on check out to remove the hold on the charge card.
