My nightmare at this hotel
I booked this room for one of my clients for 6 nights on a refundable rate thru Hotels.com and because of some unavoidable circumstances the guest stayed just 1 night then checked out and went back to stay another 3 nights so he asked the hotel if they could refund back the money by prorating the rate but the hotel manager Eunice just refused and said no which i do not think was right I deal with this company world relief and they travel to Nairobi all the time and i promise i will never ever book a room at this hotel.
