The front desk could have been a little friendlier, only one of them, the rest were good. The breakfast was very good and Victoria wonderful. I loved her homemade bread. The courtyard quaint. Great location.

We so enjoyed our stay.
We so enjoyed our stay, we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in an old building full of character decorated in an eclectic style. Reception is in an arched room complete with chandelier and artwork. From reception you enter a courtyard shaded by mature trees. We enjoyed the artworks in the public areas. The rooms are simply and stylish – old furniture, white bed linen and well thought out storage. The bathroom had a deep bath. Outside our room were a quiet sitting room and a patio. Both welcome a place to rest. The views from the patio were spectacular – volcanos and sunsets. Breakfast was fresh – buffet style. The all-day filtered water and boiling water station was very much appreciated. The hotel offers a spa service that included a sauna, a hot spa bath and a warm plunge pool followed by the massage of your choice. We recommend spa – two hours of bliss. Thank you.

A gem in the centre!
The hotel is really beautiful, located in the centre, close to everything and very convenient. It has a very nice patio interior where you can have breakfast enjoying the good weather! One of the highlight of our staying in Arequipa!

Charming hotel in great location just behind the monastery Santa Caterina. The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging local transfers. Breakfast was quite basic but the lovely courtyard setting and all day free tea station made up for it.

Hotel was beautiful. Layout was very unique and different. Room was fantastic two balconies and a giant soaking tub at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was great staff was great. Exactly what we were looking for. Front desk also let us check in when our bus arrived at 5am which was a huge perk.
