Wonderful hospitality-- outstanding!
This hotel exceeded my expectations so much that I stayed an extra night. The hotel is gorgeous and has a definite feel of luxury. The bathroom had gorgeous marble, and the decor of the lobby has more beautiful marble and art. The front desk staff was very helpful. The front desk staff upgraded my room and I had a beautiful view of the city. It was stunning. The location could not be better- I was on the main square, with the main restaurant and dining street running outside the hotel. It is also minutes from all the top attractions of the city, so you can get everywhere without having a car. It was a bit tricky for the lounge or spa to process my American credit card, but a card reader at the front desk eventually worked. The pool is very luxurious-- it looks better than the photos. My manicure at the spa was just ok but otherwise the spa was very nice also. Very clean hotel and took a lot of precautions for coronavirus.

I stayed here mid-week and obviously it's a quieter time than at weekends. The staff were always smiling, approachable yet unobtrusive. There was a general an air of relaxation about the place. My room was close to a lift yet quiet, the bed very comfortable and all the necessary amenities were to hand. The spa and pool facilities were surprisingly good.

A gem of a hotel in a gem of a city
In a great part of town with excellent staff. They were attentive to all my needs and helped me navigate the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering the Prishtina! Only draw back was that the wifi in my room was rather weak so I had to go to the lobby to get some work down. That for me was somewhat minor and might have just been an issue with my room in particular. If they can solve that little issue, they are on the fast track to being the finest (if not already) hotel in the country.
