Nice hotel located not far from the city center. Although it is quite old the room is well maintained as well as the public areas. Breakfast is good and other facilities are also very good

location is close to Tesla museum and St Sava cathedral , convenient short walk to the sites. otherwise, hotel is a little dated in the rooms but beds are comfortable and heating/conditioning elements all working good. Fortress by danube is a longer stroll but still within walking distance.

5 star? Hardly. Asked two different staff on two different days for missing coffeemaker. Never delivered. Similarly, cleaning: abysmal. Only acceptable services were clearly independent contractors: gym/spa and "hotel" taxi to airport.

This hotel has one of the best breakfast I have had. Their room service food was very good but they fell short for their dine in dinner in the restaurant. There was one server on 8/30 and she was terrible. She spilled our bottle of water and actually charged us for the replacement bottle. It was charged to the room so we didn’t see it until after. She was always in the back somewhere. We waited and waited for everything and my steak was supposed to be medium rare but it came out well done, for the price, it was terrible. The hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean and housekeeping was awesome.
