The room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I got in (not pleasant). Bed smelled bad. Heater was had a bad smell if used. Came home with bites. Very upset 😢
Convenient location, quiet and near the train station. Service was great. Room good enough
I love this hotel and I would absolutely consider staying there again. There was a very nice lady working the front desk and we would engage in conversation every once in awhile during my weekend stay. Normally I don’t use hotel TVs but o enjoyed syncing my phone to the smart TV and listening to music. Loved the walk in shower. Overall, no complaints.
Was not pleased with this room. There was dust in areas, the chair in the room was unstable and the front door lock did not work. I had to practically slam the door for it it close thoroughly. Then I had to put the latch on. The first night, I went to take a shower and the water was brown. Also the small refrigerator barely kept my drinks cold.
I came to the hotel to check inn , two persons were waiting outside , one black women and one black man, I don’t know what was the reason the front desk get me the room next to her, I really please gonna thanks to check the cameras and see wassup , I didn’t have any privacy in my room , , I think the hotel get me the room next to the girl and her friend for something,,
This hotel was very convenient to public transportation and it took moments to get into the city. Due to COVID, housekeeping only came at the end of your stay. My room wasn’t cleaned daily as it would be under normal circumstances. My only issue was due to the short staff guests left trash in the halls. I had to call down to the front desk to have it picked up.
They didn’t give out any wash clothes. Place was okay looking
Clean room comfy bed quiet at night but early a.m. construction across the street.
The elevators were sticky and had a funny smell. There were also no towels to wash with the front desk said they didn’t have any. There mix matched lamps in the room and one didn’t have a bulb. Very weird experience compared to other hotels in the area. I wouldn’t go back
