Never again. Awful.
This was my 5th stay at this hotel and with a heavy heart it will be my last
We checked in at approx 9pm to find that my room had someone in it and my friends room was absolutely filthy with masses of hair in the bed sheets , decaying shower seal, chipped toilet
We immediately went down to the desk. After much arguing they moved us both to the apparently only available rooms in the hotel.
The rooms had clearly not been used in several days if not longer as the temperature was reading 38 degrees and the rooms were musty with stale air, and no balconies.
We were told we would have to come to reception in the morning to sort new rooms. we could not unpack or hang any of our clothes which were growing increasingly creased from being in a suitcase all day
Long story short after attending reception the following morning to someone who had clearly had no handover they found us rooms at 2pm.
Aside from this nightmare the "no sunlounger reservation policy" displayed everywhere around the hotel was not enforced in any manner , the balinese beds you pay €30 for were not monitored so people were using them for free , the breakfast had 0 options for people with any type of food allergy other than lactose intolerance and non of the staff could advise of what was safe to eat as a coeliac, the old and worn beach/pool towels require a €10 and have now implemented a €2 if you want a new/clean one. So it's either sit on a dirty towel for a week or pay another €14 for clean ones
