We only stayed one night- had a good relaxing night, enjoyed the sauna and the breakfast. It’s 20 min walk from the centre
Well run hotel, easy to get to public transport, food was excellent, room was tidied every day, breakfast was very extensive
The location was a bit far from the main train station. Missing water heater for boiling hot water as weather were cold during my stay. But overall, we like this place caused is is quiet.
Reception cordial but not that helpful with directions. Breakfast was included and ok. A bit of a walk to the old town but the Innsbruck card was well worth it once we figured out what was covered and how to get to the various areas.
Price increased 11,-€ (77>88), after 5 (!) nights of stay. Very clean in general, few stains on wall. Friendly, but 2 seem never to smile.
Two nights at the Alpinpark. It is a quiet neighbourhood 1km from railway station, 2km from city centre. Street parking is time limited(!) and spaces under the hotel are limited although the staff helped to create a space - book your space ahead? Lobby and restaurant areas are charming and bar is nice. Room was clean. Safe and fridge in room but No coffee making. Air conditioning was a floor fan and the window. Wifi was intermittent and so too were most TV channels. Nice stay.
Great service! Great breakfast! Great deal! A little walk from the train station but once I figured out the scooters getting around was great. A little hot with the fan, no AC. Great staff!
Helpful multilingual checkin, room clean and neat, no air conditioning. Nice meals and free breakfast in hotel restaurant. Quiet neighborhood.
Great service and nice room. Was a heat wave, and the room a little hot, but they had fans setup for us. A very pleasant stay
The stay was really good and the service was perfect. I had a Ultra Marathon early in the morning and the staff made me a special breakfast.
