Nice friendly staff - Good breakfast and comfortable room
All of the staff were particularly kind and helpful. Would definitely be happy to stay again.
Good place for fast stay rather
Close to the U-bahn and eateries. Nice quiet garden area for cool drinks. Nice, clean hotel. No air con or in room safe.
this Hotel is a lawsuit waiting to happen. When we went to get I to bed there was blood on our sheets. The cleaning person must have had a cut and bleed all over the sheets that bleed into the pillow and blankets. We got new sheets and they seemed ok. Check in was difficult because they did not make a notation about my reservation as I had asked them too so I was charged and then reimbursed for an extra person. Also the hair dryer started to melt after being used for about 3 minutes. It will melt onto someone someday And really hurt them. The breakfast was nice though.
The location was very close to the U-bahn. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful, and the reception staff, especially a young lady named Katrina, were welcoming and bilingual. We would definitely consider staying there again.
The hotel looks poor from outside but when you go in it is much better. I like a hotel with good bed, good shower and good breakfast. This hotel met my expectations on all three fronts. It’s proximity to U-Bahn and number of reasonably priced restaurants was an added bonus.
Good, clean, good sized room. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Located close to the U Bahn so easy access all over the city.
The hotel is 50m from a U-Bahn station, making it easy to connect to the centre of Berlin in around 10 minutes. Also easy to get to from TXL airport. Room was large and beds were comfy. Room smelt faintly of smoke when we arrived, but smell went after opening the window. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Would have been lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, instead of paying for one when returning from a cold day at the xmas markets. Good range of choice for breakfast.
The location was excellent Staff were very friendly Hotel was clean and welcoming Breakfast was simple, but fresh with plenty of choice
