The hotel facilities are ok. The rooms are old and worn. The breakfast variety is bad and the utensils and food trays are old and stained

Extremely satisfied, very friendly service, clean property, nice comfortable bed with a good room sofa that can turn into comfortable bed which is of great value for family use

Hotel/ Resort located in the heart of Patong with all major activities and markets;, pool is so beautiful. Receptionist/ front desk work fast but did not solved our room service requested as we had to called down several times to request repair, towel, hair drier and room cleaning; they got the call but no one show up until we had to personally came down in person to request service. Stayed 4 days but room mostly not being cleaned until we requested otherwise it will be skipped.

A good comfortable stay. Family friendly and central in Patong. Good value. However staff attitude could be better However hats off to a Spanish staff named Oriel who really was a joy to deal with and took great care of us as 2 families with 5 kids. Always smiling and helpful. He will do really well in the hospitality industry as he grows into senior roles in the future

Visited with my 2 boys age 8 and 10 yrs old and they love the hotel swimming pool so much so that we extended our stay from 5 to 7 nights! Hotel was in a great location,easy to get around in Patong. The room was big enough for 4 of us with twin bed and one extra sofa bed and the bed was so comfortable and shower with great water pressure too! Breakfast was great and they provide corner for Indians guest as well since lotsa their guests were Indian. Front desk staff name Fai was a very lovely, kind and helpful lady together with the manager Oou as we happened to live next to a noisy guest and they change a room for us and we appreciate that. The only down side i would said will be there is no sound proof at all for all the rooms so you will have a problem if you are a light sleeper cos you will be hearing all the noise from corridor and the door slamming sound all the times. Beside that,everything else was great. Thank you!
