I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Feb 2020. Everything and everybody was pleasant. Good location. Right outside the hotel, there are tons of bars and restaurants. About 10 minutes taxi ride (US$ 3-4) to downtown. I had a Standard Double-Bed room. Good size and clean. The shower/water pressure was awesome. For that room rate (I paid about US$34/night), you can't ask for more. My room was facing the street, so at night I could hear the music playing outside, but it didn't bother me since I'm not a "light-sleeper".

Pros: Great location; friendly, helpful staff; garage parking available; baggage storage possible; decent breakfast. Cons: Beds were a bit too firm (for me), and the noise level in rooms close to the street corner can be a bit much if you're a light sleeper.

Quality budget stay!
We stayed one night at Hotel Lincoln. We advise that this hotel is very centric, right next to Carrera 70 which is full of restaurants and bars. With that being being DO NOT expect a silent bedroom at 10pm. Bars are open till 4am on weekends and the music/noise is evident till around 2am. Nevertheless the bedrooms are spacious, the staff is great and the facilities are clean. The beds are very firm compared to hotels in the US and Europe.
