A lovely stay with friendly staff
We were greeted with a very friendly welcome - I normally travel a lot for work and haven't been greeted with such friendliness at any hotel on a long time - its normally very formal and regimented so this was refreshing. The entire hotel was really clean and had so much character. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was lovely too.

Nice for a night but let down by noise
Fantastic service all round. Ate in the restaurant which was lovely. Good food, good atmosphere. The main thing that let it down was the sound insulation in the room. Literally heard conversations from the room below.
