Working and noise around bar area after 5:00 pm
Facility and room was great but pool table area had workers and noise. I did not appreciate that after 5:00 pm ! We traveled all day and wanted to have a drink and dinner at the bar - metal pieces falling and work noise, was not a comfortable setting to be sitting at the bar

Don’t do it!!
The fact that they say they have an Airport transfers is incorrect. You actually The fact that they say they have airport transfers is incorrect. You actually have to pay for a taxi which runs $20-$30 each way from the airport. The Wi-Fi is spotty at best when you ask for a shuttle they don’t say they don’t have one. They say there isn’t one available at the time. This was an extremely disappointing stay!

The F&B manager needs to be fired. This was the worst service and food I've had in years. I ordered a hamburger and when it finally arrived I couldn't believe it. There was about a 1/2 strip of carmelized onions. The ham was chopped and formed and the cheese was a processed something. To top it off the bun was burned. It came with a grand total of 8 potato wedges. To ad insult to injury it was way overpriced as were the beers. They don't have a shuttle to the airport but can make arrangements. The price is almost exactly twice what I paid a red cab to get me there. If you're paying for a higher quality hotel I expect to get something other than substandard service. Never again, I'd look elsewhere.
