the staff was very nice and helpful they gave a list restaurant with outdoor dining the hotel close to the bus and train that was grest the room was small but clean and nice i would stay there again.

Let’s start off the manager or reception girl that checked me in was rude she had an attitude. It’s trying times If you have an attitude stay home. The room was basic the bed was uncomfortable and there was no microwave or fridge. They had a lot of dresser drawers which confused me who uses the dressers in a hotel replace them with a microwave and a fridge who do I have to ask in management to have those basic essentials

OK hotel for one night stay.
The hotel room was relatively small more like European standard hotels. Location is close to Manhattan and public transportation. Not much of parking space, very small lobby. The room was clean, however two of three towels in the bathroom were in terrible conditions, they were torn with holes and with brown spots. It seems that nobody is checking their condition before putting them in the room.

When we checked in they could not find my reservation, kept saying it wasn’t there , gave them a copy of the email confirming and he said he didn’t see it. Fortunately, another employee came by and found it immediately. Then when we came back after an evening out we noticed we only had one towel in the bathroom! I went down to get another one and the same employee who was just chatting with a woman said I will have one brought to your room. Never came!! The next am I had to go out and look for a cart to get another towel, this is not very good customer service.

The room was nice only downside to the hotel is it’s small parking lot where I can easily see my car getting scraped, the other is the windows domt have blackout blinds so your awoken to the sun at 8am every morning

Mostly the stay was pretty good. Restaurant and bar downstairs made the stay fun. Located in a warehouse district but some good food and drink spots a few blocks away. There was more than one occasion where the rooms were not cleaned and we had to contact the desk. Not sure if this was an oversight but the cleaning crew should be better organized.
