Quiet stay
Everything was comfortable. The shower and TV worked great. They upgraded the room for free, so the view was lovely. I didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms.

Stayed Thanksgiving night for a soccer tournament. Property is well maintained, Restraunt had great breakfast food which my kids loved. Room was nice and spacious and very friendly staff. Great value, we would definitely stay here again!

Noisy but wonderful
The room was perfect and the bed was comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay though we did have issues with noise in the evenings. We could hear the people in the room above us stomping all throughout the night, it was hard to sleep through. But other than the noise the service was wonderful and we loved our mini vacation.

When we got to the hotel on Wednesday at 9am, we asked the girl at the reception if we can check in early since we just drove over 11 hrs and we were exhausted. She said that since Covid happened, no we could not check in till at least 12. Ok we get it, it’s the way she said it all rude was what bugged us. We went to do some errands and came back after 12. Now this time there was a different girl at the reception, she was so nice and sweet. She checked us in without any problems. As far as the room goes, everything was nice expect the few roaches that came out while I was in the restroom. After we checked out on Friday, we went to my last appointment before heading back to California, turns out I have to stay till Monday. This time I booked a 4 star hotel in Tempe. It’s a lot better.
