Skip this place and stay at the Campanile across the parking lot. We made a mistake in our booking that we discovered within an hour and needed to move our reservation from a Friday night to a Thursday. Ibis refused to accommodate this small change, even though we discovered it within an hour for a reservation more than a week away. Certainly our mistake and yes a non-refundable reservation but it couldn’t have possibly affected the hotel and charging us the full amount instead of allowing us to move the reservation one day forward is ridiculously bad customer service. Instead, we stayed at the Campanile across the way. Customer service at Campanile was great, the lobby had a cute Moroccan theme and the hotel is one turn further around the roundabout, meaning it’s quieter than the Ibis. Skip the Ibis and go to Campanile
