Could have been better.
This is a decent hotel but there a couple things about it that don’t make much sense. First off, the shower and bath tubs are very small and water gets all over the bathroom. Second off, for some reason you cannot sleep in darkness because when all the lights are switched off there is some auxiliary bright green Light that stays on and illuminates the entire room. For me this is not good because I struggle to sleep with light shining in the room. Lastly, at 6am there was a fire alarm that went off extremely loud in my room for no alparent reason. There was no explanation given by the front desk. These occurrences together provided a very underwhelming stay. But the hotel is nice at the same time.

The kitchenette didn’t have any utensils or pans etc, ended up not using it. I didn’t want to call to remind them of it. I expected that it should have already been there. I love their fast service though. They’re very helpful and quick when you have a request.

It was very nice. I liked the pool. The rooms were also very clean. The bathroom needs a bit of updating but that could have just been my room specifically.

It is a very basic hotel conveniently located with riveted parking and basic gym. It needs refurbishing as all the carpets are frayed worn and dirty; a hole in the bath meant I couldn’t use it, a hole in the shower tray ensured that the floor was totally flooded even if the shower enclosure door was firmly. There is a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, fridge and 2 burner cooker but no toaster. Also, no pots and pans or other cooking utensils. When I requested these I was informed it is no longer an apart hotel - hence Expedia have listed it incorrectly. For someone with severe food intolerances, I need to make all my meals. The inadequacy Of cooking facilities that I expected to be provided was the biggest put off for me
