Location was great for arriving by train. Room was adequate and clean. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I will be staying again.
Went to catch up with family and visit old haunts. Location of hotel is great. Better if your room is round the back. I'm gluten free which is always an issue in NL but is improving. The hotel couldn't quite cater for me but Miranda on reception went out of her way to make sure I did not go hungry on my last night there. Thank you Miranda. All staff were very good, friendly and helpful.
Didn't get the room I paid for. The management was not customer-oriented. According to the Hotel management the mistake was made by Hotels.com, however, didn't take even a minute to try to contact Hotels.com to solve the situation. Hence, I had to stay in a smaller room.
I loved the bed - very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Had some problems with the check-out as the receptionist didn't know how to enter our company's info into their system.
Excellent basic hotel to stay in whilst visiting Leiden. Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and have large comfy beds. Highly recommended.
Clean and quiet, very convenient public transport. The only pity is that there is no water kettle inside the room.

One of my best hotel experiences ever! Not for luxury, but mainly for the lovely and kind staff. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and my only complaints are really minor ones: the card keys often became demagnetized and the rooms could use amenities like fridges and coat-hooks. I didnt stay there because I contacted you to cancel this trip over a month ago, and get a reimbursement or a credit, what happened?
We liked this hotel when we stayed there before. We are disappointed that this hotel refused to refund our money when our whole trip, flights and cruise got cancelled due to the Corona virus. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends again. So we feel their customer relations leaves a lot to be desired, nor are we likely to stay there ourselves when we can travel after the virus is done.
