Best hotel experience ever! The staff (most of them are expats) treated me like a king. They were nice enough to pick me up with their shuttle bus and gave me extra food for missing some meals. Hospitality is so great! I can't thank them enough. They went above and beyond for me. Staying inside the glass igloo as a hotel room is a dream come true. Time does go by very fast, so sleep less and just gaze at the roof as you are laying down. I'm literally the happiest person on Earth. Thanks Kakslauttanen team! You guys are amazing!

The resort has a very scenic ambiance. The dining hall is very Finnish using natural resources from the property, I assume. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. All the activities organized were fun. A bit disappointed with the food menu. I hope there is an improvement in that area.

Super cool lodging, food needs improvement
Once is a lifetime experience. Had a great time overall. The food needs to be more accommodating and non-repetitive. It can do wonders if the focus on quality and taste of the food is increased. Resort is great but is utilized 50% of its true potential. Location A+, Stay A, Pre-Booking support B+, and food is a solid D. If you can figure food this resort can touch a different level of greatness.
