We ordered a room with a river view. the room had terrible smell of sewage. the hotel sent somebody to fix it. Needless to say, 1 hour later it had the same smell. We asked to change the room, the reception lied that there are no available rooms. After showing them that a room can be booked online, they moved us to a cheaper room to the street which is noisy. With no compensation (we later understood that they had also available river view room). every room had broken issue- safe box, door, sewage.... I would not come back to this hotel! not recommended.

great family ski vacation
we enjoyed very much a family ski vacation in the resort. the hotel is in excellent location, close to the gondola. the breakfast is amazing. some minor problems with room infrastructure (opposite slope in shower) and room cleaning can be improved. very comfortable ski room, plenty of ski rental locations around including one in the hotel, very good restaurants around. overall great ski resort good value for money.

Overpriced. Not 4 stars. Not even close.
Though it’s located right next to the gondola and it’s a new hotel, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars as service leaves room for much improvement. At check-in no information was given about the area, breakfast, WiFi. When I asked to look into a malfunctioning thermostat, they just turned it off. Had to twist their arm for another room (standard practice to upgrade when similar room not available, but they downgraded). Attitude of reception agent was unfriendly. The room is definitely not 4 stars either - not even 3.5. No robes, simple towels. Breakfast is OK, not great. At checkout they gave wrong info about the free bus service to airport forcing me to take the cab to the airport to make my flight.

A nice location to stay.
All about the resort was great. Good staff and nice rooms. The only one bad thing was mostly the bed pillows which are way too smoth and tiny. You shoudn't expect neither the best breakfast but it was alright in general.
