Not a great experience
On arrival we had to go looking for the staff as the reception desk was not manned at 6pm. The room was small but adequate. The cleaning was very poor. There was a quantity of dust accumulated under the table & chairs and in the bathroom. The plastic chairs were also dirty, including footprints on them. At breakfast we were unable to get the attention of the staff to ask for things that were missing like napkins. Again at checkout the reception desk was unmanned at 10am

Not what I expected
A little awkward to locate (GPS helps!) but a pleasant surprise on arrival. Excellent reception - I was very early - and a lovely location. It really is a museum of water! Room was small but adequate, with a small shower room attached. Check-out happens with breakfast, and drop your key at the (empty) front desk, which I thought unusual, but it worked.
