Great economy hotel
Snoquamie Pass was closed for an indefinite period of time. Lodging was going quickly. I just needed a basic, inexpensive place to stay. The Econolodge was perfect. It was very clean and we’ll maintained. The parking lot had been plowed when not much else had been. The stay was a pleasant ending of a very stressful day.

When I booked this motel I thought it was the one that was a block away. I should have known because it was so inexpensive. We were in Ellensburg for business. This motel was so dirty and so unsafe . We were on the bottom floor and our car was parked just outside our door. The room was was too small for the 2 double beds, dresser and desk and a chair. You had to climb over a bed to get to the bathroom if someone was sitting at the desk. Under one of the beds was a dirty long electric grille missing the cord , misc food wrappers and old dried up fast food. I’m not exaggerating. But the office person was a pleasant nice man. I guess a lot of truck drivers stay there. Poor guys.

I mean it is reasonably inexpensive but there was rotting food in the fridge, flies in the unit, the bed was full of body hair, there was trash left behind the bed stand, and there were some brown stains on one of the towels and the others were pretty off color.
