Horrible experience
1. Food, is disgusting. I got food poison the very first day. I had to deal with it for two days. The restaurant is filthy, they reheat the same food over and over. Stay away! 2. Loud, the place is extremely loud. There are all type of noise around the building. If you’re planing to get a good 5-6 hours of sleep then good luck! 3. WiFi, is not working properly. It’s in and out every hour! 4. Room service, does not exist! 5. Fees, all are hidden. They tried to charge me additional fees. 6. Manager, does not speak English so good luck if you want to complain about something! 7. Staff, are rude. Front desk girl seems to be one of the few employees in the entire hotel who speaks a little English and she’s the rudest one. She cuts you off and try to explain you the made up policies over and over! 8. Pictures, all photoshopped and stretched out. Rooms are tiny. There’s no enough solace for luggage. 9. Check-in, is worst of all. Very slow. 10. Stinky, the rooms smell like dead fish! It smells so bad that you get nauseous! The place is a nightmare. I’ve been to many (9-10) different hotels in Colombia and So far this one has been the worst experience. I booked and prepaid for 3 nights but i was forced to check out the second day and they refused to refund me for the third day! She simply said: too bad sir! Horrible customer service and on and on.

Great desk staff, very comfortable room, shower, and bed. The room we were in was close to a nightclub that thumped through the walls until late, and guests were noisy in the halls. It wasn't impossible to sleep but if you are a light sleeper it's something to think about. This is a party neighborhood and the back of the hotel abuts all that stuff.

Front desk staff at check in was terrible. Front desk in the evening was good. Same ladies working the morning/afternoon for check out was not good. Housekeeper was excellent. Very attentive and kind. Other rooms appeared to be renovated but my room was old and broken down. Breakfast was good. Staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. The attitude of the front desk check in women must change.
