Melhorar cardápio e informações de reserva!
Os funcionários são atenciosos, porém pouca opção de comida e marcas de cerveja. Levamos um cachorrinho e na hora do check in foi nos informado que seria pago sua estadia à parte, assim como o uso do Wi-Fi, sendo cobrado individualmente para cada pessoa. São informações que devem ser fornecidas no ato da reserva, pois quando já estamos no local fica complicado qualquer desistência ou questionamento. Dica: melhorar o cardápio pois só tem porções de calabresa, batata frita e contra filé ! Chegamos na hora do almoço e fora as porções o cardápio só oferecia:feijão,arroz branco, ovo, farofa e salada(alface e tomate), imagine ficar comendo a mesma coisa todo dia, afinal a programação era pra ficarmos três diárias mas saímos no segundo dia. O local fica afastado da cidade então por isso deveria ter mais opções. Muito caro pelo serviço que se entrega.

Funcionários bastante simpáticos e disponiveis! Bastante verde, animais, tranquilo em geral. Acomodação razoável, apesar de não termos privacidade alguma! Cada chalé comporta 4 quartos, então o barulho do quarto vizinho passa totalmente. Ouvimos uma pessoa vomitando de madrugada!!! Café da manhã gostoso, mas poucas opções... pra quem tem alguma restrição alimentar deixa realmente a desejar! Serviço de quarto tb com pouquíssimas opções, nem pedimos... Fiquei indignada com a cobrança inesperada de taxa de Wi-Fi! Não aceitam parcelamento, e nessa faixa de preço, outros hotéis dão essa opção. Pedimos uma rede, mas não levaram pq só tinha 1 gancho na parede...
