Bom hotel. Pé na areia, mas distante do movimento de Tambau. O café da manha foi muito bom na segunda feira, pois no domingo não havia muita variedade. A maioria dos funcionários não são simpáticos. O quarto é excelente, enorme, com camas confortáveis. Ducha excelente, porem uma das toalhas estava suja, tive que descer na recepção para pegar outra e para nossa surpresa estava toda furada...desgastada pelo tempo de uso😔. Esperava mais do hotel, pelo preco da estadia. Não me hospedaria novamente!!!

Terrible fitness room as equipment was so rusted the bike pedals would not move. Breakfast was typical Brazilian breakfast, good but nothing special. Location is good if wish to shop as is 5 minute walk to a shopping mall. Across street from beach. Wifi was reasonable

Lovely hotel by the coast
A great place to stay in one of the better parts of town. We were very limited to what we could book due to Carnaval being on but I was very glad to have chosen this hotel. Forgot my sun glasses here and they were promptly posted to where I was staying in Belo Horizonte. Room was spacious and breakfast filling and very enjoyable.

Good Location for a Good Price
I booked here for a few days at the beginning of Carnaval. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, with a great ocean view. Lots of shopping (including a large mall) nearby, along with restaurants and bars. Nice rooftop pool and patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. If you're there for the beach, it's a perfect location. If you're there to see the city of João Pessoa, it's a longish and not cheap cab ride, though there are buses available.

Quarto duplo para três!
Ao chegar uma recepção até então normal, sem nada demais! Tivemos problemas contudo ao tentar montar o sofá cama para nosso filho! Descobrimos que se tratava de um sofá simples! Telefonei mas como ninguém atendeu fui a recepção! Lá me informaram que a política do hotel não prevê cama extra e que nosso filho de 5 anos deveria dormir com os pais! Absurda posição do hotel! Pedi uma cama extra mas o recepcionista disse que teria um custo de 75 reais mas que no quarto tal cama não caberia! Enfim, como era apenas um noite nosso filho dormiu conosco mesmo! No café da manhã poucas opções e restaurante lotado! Finalizando a pior experiência em hotéis da rede INTERCITY que já tive!

O hotel é super confortável e aconchegante. Além da excelente higiene em todos os cômodos que frequentamos. Ainda ganhamos um upgrade e nosso quarto foi maravilhoso. A área de lazer também era excelente e super confortável (área da piscina). Mas não vimos garçons para atendimento ao menos durante nosso tempo nessa área. Também não foi disponibilizado telefone no nosso quarto mesmo quando informamos sobre não ter nenhum. O lençol da cama tb estava com uma manchinha de sujeira, mas eles trocaram logo quando solicitamos. O ruim é que tínhamos que ir até a recepção ou ligar para o hotel do nosso celular quando precisávamos. O café da manhã não era muito diversificado e no nosso último café da manhã pedimos um omelete para ser preparado, mas demorou bastante e acabamos desistindo do pedido. No check in foi super rápido, mas no check out aguardamos em média uns 20 minutos na fila por só ter uma pessoa atendendo pra check in e check out, então foi um pouco demorado. Também anotaram a retirada de um produto do quarto que não ocorreu, mas eles prontamente estornaram quando informamos. No geral gostamos da estadia.

Los aires acondicionados hacían bastante ruido y la Tv de la sala es muy antigua y con un sonido defectuoso. El hotel está bien ubicado y tiene una vista excelente. Su piscina es pequeña pero buena. El aire acondicionado del gimnasio precisa ser cambiado. El establecimiento necesita de arreglos para aprovechar mejor su localización .

O quarto quádruplo é na verdade uma flat, com cozinha, dois banheiros, sala e varanda. Os pontos negativos encontrados foram a televisão que estava com defeito e a cortina do quarto não bloqueava direito a luz, ficava muito claro logo cedo e o sono ficou comprometido. Café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.
