Poor room conditions. No AC in the room.
Room heating was permanently stuck on. We had to be moved to another room which they told us with no manners.

Good hotel on the edge of Spandau
Very well priced hotel outside Berlin city centre. The hotel was in a very good location for public transport - Stresow S-Bahn station is just across the road & trains are very frequent to the city centre or Spandau main station (1 stop). It is a short walk to Aldstadt Spandau which is well worth visiting. Hotel staff were helpful. The restaurant on the 16th floor has great views and is reasonably priced. I would certainly consider staying there the next time I visit Berlin.

Good Hotel close to Berlin
Good hotel on the outskirts or Berlin. For €20 we got an all day train and bus pass for 5 people. It was just a 15 minute ride to the Berlin HBF. Short walk to shopping in Spandau. Pricey, but good, breakfast. Way cheaper to hit one of the local bakeries where the food and selection is fantastic.

NOT A RELIABLE HOTEL 4 A MEDM TERM STAY IN BERLIN
THIS HOTEL IS BASICALLY GOOD...BUT BE CAREFUL...AFTER STAYING FIVE DAYS AT A REASONABLE RATE...THE HOTEL RAISED MY RATE TO $375 A NIGHT FOR A WEDNESDAY NIGHT...SO I WAS FORCED TO MOVE TO A MORE REASONABLY PRICED HOTEL AT SOME INCONVENIENCE AND EFFORT ON MY PART. SO, I DON'T TRUST THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOTEL TO GIVE A MEDIUM TERM STAY UPON WHICH THE TRAVELER CAN DEPEND.
