Fabulous 8.6 From 680 reviews
My overall experience was excellent from beginning to end. Room was small but it had everything needed. Very clean which was very important during this time. Customer service was also great. I would definitely stay here if ever needed.
It was ashamed that not the information was up to date. For instance their shuttle was not functioning and their laundry room was out of order. Other than that I truly recommend this place, it was cleaned, breakfast was delicious and it’s location is convenient.
We booked this hotel based on recent reviews only our stay was great from 01/18-01/23. Yes it has smaller rooms because it's a micro-hotel so stop leaving bad reviews over small rooms it tells you that on the description, great for couples and solo trips. It's not gated but because there is always someone at the entrance checking-in who comes in we felt very safe here and both gentlemen at the door were very nice in the am and pm. The afternoon front desk employees were great but morning crew needs a little more customer service training. Room was cleaned daily, soap, cups and mini water bottles were provided. Due to covid at the entrance you must get your temperature checked every time you come back in and must sanitize your hands, the entrance was kept very clean throughout the day oh and you must get your belongings sanitized when you first check-in. I saw bad reviews about the towels but come on people white towels lose thier whiteness over time we have stayed at Hiltons etc. and they have this issue too, I found the towels to be decent some were not super white but they were clean. Breakfast was free, and it was pretty good its not a restaurant meal but is good, you are in Mexico so expect Mexican food if you don't like it go across the street many restaurants around. Over all it was a great stay, the mall and u.s consulate, is across the street it was a perfect location. Covid safety measures are better here than at extended suites, I will be leaving a review later.
Everything was fine. Also the breakfast included for a good price
Excelente servicio y toman medidas de seguridad Para el cov
The front desk staff need extra costumer service training, there was no hello good evening, welcome, thank you, no smiles. Absolutely outrageous. Never seen this kind of attitude from a front desk staff. Uninterested, zero interaction with the costumer. Check out even worst, i was told: just leave your key in the box! Nothing else as Thank you, have a safe trip, etc.
The receptionist was really nice when I checked in.
The staff was friendly and helpful . There was only one problem we had and it was the air conditioning system was leaking water and we notified front desk but they never took care of the problem
Treatment was great! Staff was very polite and attentive. Breakfast is not good at all and the washer, dryer and computers were not working, but everything I had in mind to accomplish was accomplished with staff help and the price was great. I am very grateful for all the help staff provided.
