Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is old so there are noticeable repairs to be made to door frames, lower walls etc. However, the hotel is very clean, comfortable quality bedding. The restaurant food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service was timely. Checking in was easy with staff readily available to help.

Wanted to like this hotel, but my “premium” room smelled like cigarettes, had an ant ingestion (including crawling out of the toilet rim!), and a toilet that did not flush. The restaurant food was no bueno but at least the beer was cold! The pool was also nice, and of course it’s the closest hotel to the airport.

The staff is friendly & kind. The rooms are good, clean it feels like if you are in a Hacienda. We’d stayed in this hotel twice & we’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is very close to the airport. The staff was great and the food was excellent. The rooms were adequate and got the job done. This hotel was perfect for the price and easy to get to Mérida center via uber.

8/10 Very good

The staff were as accommodating as I could possibly ask of anyone. Ernesto was especially helpful. You couldn't ask for a better person to help with any needs. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

2/10 Poor

This place was scary in bad shape. Huge spider webs in corners, lots of paint off of the walls (cement chips), black mold in bathroom (no way we were showering), mosquitos in room (large gaps under outside door), took forever to cool the room down Was something expected in some run down area Pretty sure the web site pictures are bogus. Our room was nothing like the pics. Sure, cheap expense but Wow, scary place. One positive: staff helped with TV and A/C when we arrived
