    Best Riad
The best Road I've stayed at. In top top condition and staff was very hospitable. Walking there was interesting, need to know the path. Food was excellent and service was unsurpassed!

    Good 6.0
We stayed for 3 nights and the look of the Riad was great except for the tunnel you have to go through to get there but we used Nadir House hotel as a way to always find the tunnel to get to the Riad as that can be very difficult. Service from the waiter who works at the Riad was great throughout our stay and he helped us whenever needed which was a plus. Positives - within 5 - 15 mins walk to the main souks and Jem Al Fna Negatives - Restaurant was ridiculously overpriced and dinner was not cooked on the inside so wouldn't recommend at all. Pool really needs a clean, since it had a terrible smell when we were there. All in all it was fine for our stay.

Gorgeous Hotel, lovely staff, careful of vicinity
This is a really lovely Riad, with a decent spa and lovely staff. It’s a gorgeous hidden away gem really and the room and bathroom were really excellent. Good aircon, and plenty of towels. The swimming pool is very small and not very private but the roof terrace is heaven for sun worshippers. The main issue is safety in the surrounding area. I was surrounded by 5 young men one of whom had a knife and they wanted money. I screamed for help and a local shopkeeper scared them away. I strongly suggest not being white and blonde and going out there alone. I eventually managed to get out with a guide then the City was of course much safer and beautiful. I can’t blame the hotel for this, but you need to know how to look after yourself in this area. The hotel were marvellous when I told them and called for police reinforcements which were highly visible. I don’t blame them for these people’s awful behaviour, and I still think that the hotel is fabulous and fantastic value for money and safe if you know what you’re doing, which I probably didn’t!

    Beautiful Riad
The Riad itself is very nice. Beautiful property. Seems more fitting for couples than single travels. Only downside was getting to the location. There are small, short tunnels to go through and we kept getting followed when we would walk back at night time.

    Just lovely.
Such a lovely place to have found. Very close to the main area. Offers taxis right to the door and met by the great staff. Excellent introduction to the building and it’s facilities. Wonderful rooftop terrace where breakfast is served as well.

    Be aware of the location!
The riad itself is very nice on the inside, the rooms are extremely well-kept, clean and we have rose petals on our arrival. (Although this is romantic my trip was with a friend). The people who serve at the riad, meaning the ones who serve the breakfast and dinner are extremely friendly and nice, speak English and French and are very accommodating. The only two downsides to this place are: one the pool is not heated and is located in a shaded area, so no one can really use it, as the water is freezing cold. Second the location. In order to get to the riad you have to walk through an alley in the medina. For two girls walking alone this is not such a good idea. Be aware that to go in and out of the riad you will always have to go through this "underground" alley. If you are in a group of friends I think it's fine, but for women staying alone I dont recommend it.

    Poor 2.0
    Self absorbed, unprofessional Riad manager
My boyfriend and I were kicked out of our room at 1:30 in the morning. Apparently another couple was booked for our room and they were actually registered on the hotel system. This was's mistake, as they didn't pass our details onto the Riad, even though we had already paid. While that may be forgivable, the blonde French lady running the place did not provide us with any assistance. Unfortunately her Riad was full and she was only eager to get back to her own bed. She sent us away in a taxi to another hotel which she claimed "is a big hotel and they'd have space" - when in fact we arrived and the other hotel was completely booked. She didn't have the courtesy to call up to ask in advance. She was in hysterics and only concerned about herself. She didn't even bother to call (which is apparently protocol in events like this). She was extremely unsympathetic and kept saying its not her fault and she can't find us on the system. She literally did not care where we went so long as it was out of her Riad. She even had the nerve to tell us to come back on the 4th to 6th nights of our stay, when she'd have available rooms. She was so self-absorbed and completely unhelpful. For the next several hours we went from hotel to hotel looking for a place to stay. We found out that there was a conference in Marrakech that weekend, explaining why most hotels we went to were booked. She was very unprofessional and lacked basic human decency.
