A number of things were disappointing anout this property. On checking in our room was not ready. Then, one evening during our stay there was a rainstorm. The bathroom of our room had a hole in the window so the rain water flowed into the bathroom and flooded the floor all night and this kept us up. A staff member had a look at the window and said there was a hole which needed to be fixed but as the hotel was full, we could not move rooms. There were no facilities staff at the hotel that evening. The hotel manager did not bother contacting us the next day despite the staff member telling us the manager would reach out to us given the poor state of our room. On check out the reception did not care about our issue with the room. The person said they would let the manager know. The manager has not contacted us. There was no apology. Admittedly problems occur with rooms, but what is most disappointing about this Peppers is the actions of the hotel manager in ignoring us despite our horrible stay. This attitude and treatment of customers is easy to fix so hopefully the Peppers train their manager to be more courteous and respectful to customers. All he or she needed to do was apologise for the poor state of the room, but no one did that.

The staff were delightful. To say the was room small was an understatement, it had no where to place any of clothing, no drawers in bedroom or bathroom, the closet was tiny and already had 2 dressing gowns, the ironing board, iron, hairdryer and blanket. No luggage stand and to plug your iPhone in you needed to lay on the floor to do it with a torch? Because the plug on the desk was set to low for the plug. No food on Saturday night as the lights went out for about half hour and kitchen staff left, not even a cheese platter. Really Peppers and at $1087 for three nights.
