Wonderful! Small Tattoo friendly onsen
We went when it wasn't too busy. The staff were all super nice and were good at English. They provide white band-aids that you can cover your tattoos with before getting into the bath. The room was really nice and came with pajamas, toothbrushes, razors, and all the soap you will need. The onsen and sauna were very nice.

Value stay
Hot spring is great, stayed at Dormy Inn Shibuya before and the amenities are great, good location close to JR stations.

A different dormy inn
We loved to stay in Dormy inn simply because it is simple with quality. Dormy Inn Akihabara is within walkable distance from the station and it is a straight road that you won't lost. Room was that usually small but it was acceptable for us. Staff were friendly and nice. We loved the breakfast set which were different for each day. Apart from the set, we were free to consume bread, fruit and milk and of course, coffee. Good price for our stay.

Hotel ok; but not some customers
It’s my second time staying here within a couple of years. Customers from other Asian countries need to educate themselves on how to behave properly in the public bath. I saw people foot-messaging each other IN the bath. While some would bring their towels INTO the water. Some did not wash themselves before stepping in the bath. I felt disgusted. The hotel condition was a bit dated due to wear and tear but overall cleanliness was still good. Very decent breakfast provided as last time.

Cozy, lovely stay.
Small rooms by American standards, but roomy for Japan business hotel standards. Very nice staff, comfy beds, lovely onsen, yummy ramen. The laundry facilities and microwave available on 9th floor! Loved it!
