The AC barely worked. The Staff was busier on there phone than taking care of customers. On my second day of my stay they didn’t clean the room until after 5pm and said it was because they start cleaning from the top going down. When I asked for a refund at around 3 pm they said that the manager said that wasn’t going to happen, i then asked for the managers name and they said they couldn’t give it out. Lastly on checking out I went to town and got caught in traffic and was 20 minutes after 10 and they knocked on my room door telling my wife 3 different times be needed to be out of there because checkout was at ten. I will never ever never stay there again. Pathetically ran business!!!!!!
