Worth a go if undecided
Decent location- walkable distance to the sumo wrestling and convenient location to both airport mrt and cross city transfers. Bed was genuinely the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on (was as solid as a rock!), but staff were always second to none and if you are able to get it cheap and aren’t too fussy with comfort then I’d recommend this reasonably well located hotel.

Very good location - walking distance to Toyko station, close to restaurants and cafes as well as Metro stations. Beds a bit hard by western standards. Very good value and service.

Smile Hotel Nihombashi-Mitsukoshimae
Overall it was pretty good. We were able to just walk from Tokyo Station to the hotel, and there's a station for the Tokyo Metro about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a convenience store around the corner. The room size was about what we expected, and it was clean. When we went out for the day, we had to leave the room key at the front desk, but that was not an issue for us because of how helpful and friendly the staff were.

Poor 2.0
Not even a real hotel. ... far too wifi
By far the worst hotel I have stayed in I. TOKYO . WiFi never working, no windiws, far too expensive and absolutely over rated by people who apparently never travel. So dated and worn out the whole place.Terrible hotel. Room size like 3x3 m, 100 sqft. Disgracefull place. Not even a water kettle just a pot and a stove. TV without any international program, size of screen 14 Inches. So many 4 letter words to describe this place, none is acceptable online .....

Fair 4.0
Huge Disappointment
We were super disappointed in the quality of this "business" hotel. It was very uncomfortable, the coin laundry didn't work properly, and probably the worst part was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all. For a business hotel, you'd think that the Internet connection would be a priority.

Good location
I like this hotel. Its location is good. Near a JR station and subway station. The JR station is one stop from Tokyo station. It's possible to take the Narita Express (NEX) direct to the JR station near here. The NEX stops at Tokyo station, but it drops you off on the same platform that goes here. There are lots of good restaurants in the area. Within walking distance to Tokyo station. Being Japan, the rooms are very small but the twin bed is too small for two people. Staff is good. For the price, it is reasonable and worth staying at again.
