Diamond hotel
The hotel was nice, but very small. The bathroom would not work for someone over 6 feet tall. I had to pay 7500 yen extra because I had my wife with me, even though I was told by hotel. com that I would not have to pay any additional fees. The hotel is right next to chiyoda city; which is where the Emperor of Japan resides, great hotel, but small and over priced by American standards.

Compact room !
basically ok for short time. But inside room, I found quite a lot of dusts on furniture etc. Inside the bathtub was dirty, was moldy.. there were somebody’s hairs under the toilet. Though the staffs were very cheerful and nice in service.

Fine, nothing special.
It's a pretty old hotel, and the rooms are the typical tiny rooms you will find in Tokyo. Most of the hotel smells like smoke, and our first non-smoking room smelled strongly like smoke. Upon request, the staff did switch our rooms to another non-smoking room that didn't smell like it was smoked in, unlike the first. There isn't much to do or eat nearby, so you'll have to take a subway to Ginza or Shibuya to do anything. But it is very close to those locations by subway.
